" Innovation can create by yourself "

            What is your definition of "innovation"? Why do we need to innovate? Why is innovation important? And why are teachers need to innovate? What do these questions indicate about innovation you know? We all know innovation, but do we know the true importance of innovation? The innovation in our expectations is an invention designed to help make our lives easier. Teaching and learning are more convenient, but does innovation help us to live an easier life? And helps to improve our teaching or not? This is still a question that we all want to know the answer.

                                                       What is your definition of "innovation"?

          In the definition of "innovation", each person gives different definitions but has similarities. For me, the word "innovation" is to do new things. Applying new ideas or making use of existing things in new ways to make the most of benefit, to do things differently than others by relying on the changes that occur around us to become opportunities to do and transfer to new ideas that benefit the self and society. 

   Why do we need to innovate?

Creating new things is to overlook what we are doing present and develop new ideas that help us do our work in new and easier ways. To create something different from what we have done, be it in quality or quantity or both, this is the reason why we have to innovate. 

  Why is innovation important?

          Innovation is important to us. Innovation is stepping forward from wealth in the present. And innovation will be the driving force for long-term product growth and future competitiveness. Especially in technology innovation, technology has acted as both the driving force and innovative tool in human activities such as communication devices (iPhone, IPad, Skype), teaching materials.

 why are teachers need to innovate?

           The integration of technology into education can be successful only when the human element is taken into consideration. An important goal should not be much to learn about STEM but to cultivate the innovation of people in K-12, grow their autonomy, Self-efficiency and encourage learners to learn. Teachers must be taught to teach well and a good resource for effective education is to design the teaching and methods that teachers use as well as throughout the country and the nature of the classroom activities assigned to create skills in the 21st century. These are the reasons teachers have to innovate in teaching.

                The key to a prosperous and innovative society is a variety of ways to revitalize the country and the education system to achieve their learning, Self-efficacy, Critical thinking, creativity and progress of culture that will support the country and innovative education. Having innovation will help us all create new ideas and create new things that help us in various matters. To make our lives easier and more convenient
